How to use the self check-in

   Choose your language

   Tap your language on the screen, for example Deutsch or English.

   Tap continue & accept the privacy note

   Tap "Continue" and accept the privacy notice.

   Choose "I have a reservation"

   Select "I have a reservation" on the screen.

   Search for your reservation

   Search using your surname or your reservation number.

   Check your reservation

   Check the name, dates and any open amount, then complete your check-in.

   Pay at the kiosk

   Payment is made directly here at the kiosk by card – contactless or insert your card. In the example: €55.00.

   Complete your details

   Fill in any missing fields on the form.

   Note for EU citizens

   You do not need a passport! In the "Passport number" field, you can simply enter the number of your national ID card.

   Sign

   Sign with your finger directly on the screen.

   Receipt & key card

   Your receipt and key card are printed and dispensed.

    Take your key

    Take your key from the correct compartment: NAVA Appartements 1–8 = upper compartment, Lamede Rooms 9–21 = lower compartment.

    

When you leave: return your card

On the day of your departure, simply drop your key card into the return box at the entrance of your building. Check-out is by 10:30.

Good to know: washing machine

At the NAVA Appartements you can do your laundry: the washing machine is in the room behind the red door on the terrace.
